One Instagram-less Aussie — you might know her as Dr. Nobis — cleaned up with eight in total.
The brand takes a breather from its supermodel rotation to flex some social muscle.

Meanwhile, you're more likely to get treated nicely in an upscale store wearing sweatpants than a more put-together look.
After some time away, one of our favorite models is back in action -- and seemingly everywhere.
Sasha Pivovarova, Karlie Kloss, Crystal Renn, Freja Beha Erichsen and Anja Rubik? Free People's model roster is more top-notch glossy than niche boho brand.
She did her version of a Birkenstock for Spring 2014 -- and now comes a slide from the Etoile collection.
Few models have nailed down that rock n' roll, "model-off-duty" look quite like Freja Beha Erichsen. She always seems to have the perfect black leather moto jacket, the best black skinny jeans, the most amazing--well, everything. So it makes sense that Erichsen, who seems to have been spending quite a bit of time off duty lately, is the latest model with a capsule collection.

Karlie Kloss isn't the only model we haven't been seeing enough of this season. Freja Beha Erichsen, who we always look forward to seeing at Paris Fashion Week (she hasn't walked the runways in London, Milan or New York in a few seasons), has been conspicuously absent. Despite being a big-name model who can afford to be rather choosy with the labels she walks for, you can usually count on spotting Freja at a handful of A-list shows during Paris fashion week. For spring 2012 she walked Valentino, Chanel, Lanvin, Balmain and Balenciaga. But so far this season we have yet to spot that unmistakable disheveled mop (and her too-cool-for-school street style) anywhere. Freja was not included in IMG Paris' show package (posted on Models.com) this season, and she was also conspicuously absent from the haute couture shows (she usually walks Chanel and Valentino). So what gives?
"Shit OscarPRGirl Says" Will Make You LOL: We get it, everyone's really effing sick of all those "Shit [blank] Say" parodies. But just trust us (and WWD) on this one. It stars Andrew Mukamal, Erica Domesek, and John Jannuzzi and is really, really funny. And we won't judge you for only using the Valencia filter on your Instagram after. OK we might a little. {WWD} Tim Gunn is 29 Years Celibate: Sounds like someone's not making it work in the bedroom. The Project Runway workroom mentor has revealed that an ex-lover so badly scorned him that he in turn completely gave up sex. I'm sorry Tim, but "this worries me." {Celebuzz} Kate Moss Gets Interviewed for Mango: In a behind the scenes video for her new Terry Richardson-shot Mango campaign, Kate talks the future of fashion videos and inadvertently shows us the vast difference that good lighting can make. {Modelinia}
It happens every year: Our ever-growing pile of fashion magazines inches higher with each passing month, and by the time December rolls around, we can barely sift through the hundreds of stylish images we bookmarked for inspiration. 2011 was no exception, and in a year that celebrated retro supermodels, androgyny, vivid colors, and plenty of experimentation in the beauty department, choosing our favorites was particularly difficult. The best editorials of the year ran the gamut from huge ensemble casts of blue-chip models styled by greats like Katie Grand and Carine Roitfeld, to intimate, one-on-one portraits of our favorite girls like Lindsey Wixson and Daria Werbowy. The acid brights that dominated the spring collections allowed for some pretty trippy trend stories last season, but the fall glossies featured much moodier imagery, with a number of gorgeous spreads in black and white. Here are the editorials from 2011 that will stay tacked up on our walls and fill our inspiration boards well into the new year—and beyond.
Frances Bean Marrying a Kurt Cobain Doppelganger?: Rumors are swirling that our fair Frances Bean is engaged to Isaiah Silva, a guy with longish hair and a beard who plays in a band and wears flannel shirts-- a description that fits basically every male I went to college with, the entire neighborhood of Williamsburg, and my own brother. Yup, serious daddy complex there. {Gawker} Chanel Replaces Freja Beha Erichsen in Carine Roitfeld-Styled Spring Ads: After five consecutive campaigns, Freja is being replaced in Chanel's ads. Karl Lagerfeld said the new campaign, featuring Joan Smalls and Saskia de Brauw (and styled by Carine Roitfeld), will focus on "athletics and the sea." Freja... forever in our hearts. {Fashionologie} Macy's Is Launching its own Blog Thursday:...and we are part of it! mBlog will include original blog posts, reviews, how-to's, and trend-spotting on an array of fashion and home topics with insight from Fashionista.com (yay!) and FoodRepublic.com - and you'll be able to click and purchase items directly from the page. At the VMAs last night, Lady Gaga spent the entire evening as her "male counterpart" Jo Calderone (which she first broke out on the September 2010 Vogue Hommes Japan cover, left) vehemently refusing to break character. Perhaps she felt she'd exhausted all womenswear options? Ran out of Versace? Couldn't get to the costume store because of Irene? (I'm done now). Whatever the reason, it made us think of some other famous gender-bending moments in fashion. Take a peek at who passed the best as the opposite sex (hint: there's one designer who really loves his drag).

Chanel's news site has just posted behind the scenes photos of the making of the brand's fall campaign, Chanel Cocomaton. It's a rare and refreshing peak into the magical world of Chanel. Even if revealing the process takes away from the magic, it's worth it to see those tiny interlocking "C"s being placed oh-so-delicately with tweezers under Freja's eyes as if they were tears, or Freja cracking up at Karl as he photographs her in a photo booth in his famed library (note that the photo booth actually worked). But where was Carine? Click through to see the photos.
Model of every moment Freja Beha Erichsen covers the all-important September fashion Issue of British Vogue. The glossy just released the cover and Freja looks awesome in teal sequined Dolce & Gabbana. This is the first time since 2008 that someone other than Kate Moss, who just covered August and will cover American Vogue's September issue, has covered September. The cover and accompanying editorial (photos after the jump) were shot by Mario Testino and the latter also stars Arizona Muse, Freja's rumored other half. Alexandra Shulman says that the editorial "earns its place among Vogue classics."

There is, of course, e-commerce (with a 360-degree view of the clothes), but also samples of Giannini's vinyl collection, advice for Italian vacations, videos of artisan's craftwork, live streams of their social media sites and an "about me" of the house's history. Paradise for those who can't get enough Gucci. {WWD, Subscription Required} Eric Damon Creates NYC-Inspired Hosiery For DKNY: Knee-highs, fish-nets and leopard print can all be found in the eight-piece capsule collection by the Gossip Girl costume designer. Tao Okamoto As Freja In Vogue China: There's nothing better than a model's homage to another model, and this one is amazing. Okamoto gets wispy-haired and leathered up to recreate Freja's enviable model-off-duty style and the result is dead on. Props to stylist Claire Richardson. {Models.com} Rihanna Covers September Glamour: So it begins. The first of the September covers appears with this seriously bootylicious sequin pants shot. {The Cut} Fashion Film: Daphne Guiness As Jean Seberg: Guinness collaborated with filmmaker and photographer Joe Lally to create The Murder of Jean Seberg, an art film that loosely tells the story of the beloved American actress' controversial death in 1979 (it's more conceptual than fact-based). Read the interviews with Guinness and Lally as well. {ShowStudio}
It's been all but confirmed by the models themselves that Freja Beha Erichsen and Arizona Muse, perhaps two of the most relevant and prolific models of the moment, are a couple. Yep, it's insane. Two super hot models are getting it on and people are excited about it. Maybe even a little too excited.. This news recently inspired someone to create this Tumblr, on which he or she posts photographs of the models accompanied by a fictional account of what each of them is saying or sometimes even what they are thinking. For example, in one post, the author presents an account of Arizona getting off the phone with Anna Wintour after finding out she lost the August Vogue cover to Sarah Jessica Parker. Freja is not happy about this. In another post, Freja serenades Arizona with the Mandy Moore song "Candy." Also, much of the dialogue is a little R-rated, which isn't surprising given the name of the blog: "FREJA AND ARIZONA ARE F***ING."

Arizona Muse Dating Freja?? According to some rumors floating around the couture shows, models-in-demand Arizona Muse and Freja Beha Erichsson are romantically involved. Talk about a power couple. See this Terry Richardson photo from April and talk amongst yourselves... fact or fiction? {Elle} Azzedine Alaia Couture Review: Alaia's couture show hasn't gotten much coverage yet--he stayed under fashion's fast-paced radar, doing an intimate VIP presentation with a noticeable lack of photographers--but Decades' owner Cameron Silver delivers a great insider's review that renders photos nearly unnecessary. {Huffington Post}
