Aerin Lauder Wants to Launch Her Own Lifestyle Brand With the Help of Anna Wintour
After last week's New York Times profile of the Lauder family, one would assume the clan was planning on maintaining a united front for the time being. Indeed, the piece even suggested that Aerin Lauder, granddaughter of Estée, was aiming for her highly-influential grandmother's throne. Instead, it seems that the beauty heiress is instead following in Estée's entrepreneurial footsteps. She plans to launch her own lifestyle brand over the next year, according to the New York Post. Helping her pave the way for the label--which will include jewelry, home goods, fashion and more--are Vogue editor in chief Anna Wintour and former NBC head Jeff Zucker, who's been brought on as a consultant.
