Nobody wants to come back from the beach with awkward tan lines. But Jenni Farley, aka JWoww, really doesn't like tan lines. And obviously, tanning is extremely important to any cast member of the Jersey Shore. So JWoww is diving back into the fashion biz to hawk a new line of bikinis that are basically pasties. Really tiny pasties. That you can only wear 10 to 15 times. Gawker pointed us to the website of the bikini brand JWoww is doing a line for, PerfectTanBikini, which explains the groundbreaking technology behind these gravity-defying barely there suits. Thankfully, they've anticipated all your questions such as:
It's no secret the fashion industry eats up pretty much anything Chloe Sevigny spits out. She recently gave an interview to BULLET magazine, which covers everything from her childhood to her latest collection for Opening Ceremony. Chloe is characteristically candid, offering up her take on dropping acid, dressing the Fannings and why she she looks in the mirror. A lot. The highlights:
The MTV Europe Music Awards were last night and, to be honest, it was such a spectacle that it's almost impossible to do a "best dressed" list. Looking through the photos, it seemed most attendants dressed more for a night of raving in some Euro-disco club than a red carpet. There were minor highlights--such as every one of Selena Gomez' eight outfit changes--but it's mostly just a parade of insanity. Click through to see the best of the EMA's awesomely bad shenanigans.
It must be pretty boring at the Jersey Shore now that summer's over. If your life seems void of juice-head gorillas and excuses to GTL right now, you can always go trick-or-treating with your dogs two weeks early in broad day light, just like Jenni "JWoww" Farley! See her sipping a cocktail garnished with eyeballs, believably playing a game of pool, and being professionally fitted for her Svedka Bot Girl costume aka wetsuit. I don't know, it still looks a little tight to me... Here she is being fitted for this thing.
OK, now this is getting ridiculous. Another Jersey Shore girl has embraced multi-colored strands, to rather tacky effect. We loved it on Lauren Conrad. We still thought it was cute on Snooki (there's just something cute about Snooki, generally.) But now JWOWW debuted a new look while frolicking on the Jersey Shore, and it's not good. They look like clip-in extensions gone wrong, and the colors are horrible. Dark brick red and dirty orange? The colors just seem really harsh.
It finally happened. First JWoww, then Sammi, and now Snooki has finally professed her ambitions to be a designer. “I wanna be a clothing designer, hair designer," Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi told OK!. She also said she wanted to have "you know, four guido/guidette babies" but that is beside the point. Bring on the rhinestone encrusted sunglasses, the matted bunny slippers and Snooki-branded bumpits! Though lately, Snooki's style seems to getting a bit tamer (her hemlines haven't dropped, thank goodness). She's toned down the poof in favor of bangs and a sleeker less-sprayed mane. And at her latest appearance at the FantaSea Yacht Club in Marina del Rey for the launch of some beauty product called "Beautiful Eyes" (it was classy event, Aubrey O'Day was there), she looked the part in an enormous polo match-style hat that she nearly disappeared under.
Jenni "JWoww" Farley has always been the stand-out fashionista of the Jersey Shore girls, what with her barely there crop tops draped over her gravity-defying boobs and her new demure clothing line, Filthy Couture. But now Sammi "Sweetheart" Giancola is saying she wants to get involved. "I'd love to get into fashion and designing hair extensions and hair products," Gioncola told Gurl.com.
"When I get inspiration off of other people's [collections], I turn away. I think if I'm inspired by you, it might look too much alike. That's why my
