My mom always tells this story about how, when I was little, I had a pair of pink overalls that she would have to hide from me so that I wouldn't try to wear them every single day. Years later, as a more-or-less adult, I've found a way to meld an old obsession with a new one--pinafore dresses.
I know. I can't believe how much I like these overalls, either. I purchased them online last week as a part of a much larger order with the idea that I'd probably just return them the second after I'd tried them on and laughed at the fact that I ever thought I could pull off this look. The fact is, I'm short (5'4"), about to turn 26, and rather well endowed on the bosom front. Trendy adult overalls didn't seem like a real option for me. Alas, I ended up shipping back everything. Everything BUT the overalls.
