But both would accurately describe modeling agent John Casablancas, who died Saturday in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil of cancer, the New York Times is reporting. He was 70. If the glamorous supermodel era of the '80s and '90s could be attributed to one person, it would be Casablancas. But his career was shrouded in almost as much controversy as it was glamor.
