Zendaya Had One More John Galliano Surprise for the 2024 Met Gala
Zendaya is really giving her fellow 2024 Met Gala, co-chairs a run for their money.
Just as the red carpet was wrapping up on Monday night, the actor did a second lap up the steps of the Met, following up her custom Maison Margiela Artisanal gown with another design by John Galliano — except, this time, from his time at Givenchy. The black Victorian-inspired ensemble is from his Spring 1996 show for the French fashion house (which, interestingly, he's been rumored to be circling once again). Atop her tresses was a headpiece by Philip Treacy for Alexander McQueen, circa 2007, that boasted a bouquet of roses wrapped in black fabric. As always, she was styled by Law Roach.

It's worth highlighting the lengths of Zendaya's dedication to turning a look: She didn't only change her dress, but she switched up her beauty, too, swapping the dark eyes and vampy lips that accompanied the Margiela gown to bleached brows, a natural lip and lilac eyeshadow for the archival Givenchy moment.
Zendaya hadn't been at a Met Gala in five years, but she made her return well worth the wait.
